Rooted in classical technique this barre focused class targets every muscle group with controlled, intentional sequences. Each exercise can be adapted or advanced, allowing you to move at your own level while still experiencing a deep & effective burn.
Using resistance bands, light weights and Pilate's balls, you'll develop alignment, endurance and strength with elegance and control.

Sweat & Sculpt is a dynamic fusion of dance cardio and full-body conditioning, desinged to elevate your heart rate, strengthen your body and leave you glowing from within.
Sweat & Sculpt begins with a high-energy, dance-cardio led by our professional dance instructors, think rhythm, power and pure endorphins. Following into a targeted sculpt session using resistance bands, light weights, Pilates balls and ankle weights to tone the arms, legs, glutes & core.

Pilates
A refined introduction to Pilates, designed to build strength, stability, and control through mindful, low-impact movement. This beginner-friendly class focuses on deep core activation, posture, and alignment, guiding you through each exercise with precision and ease.
Rooted in classical technique and elevated through our signature Allongé approach, each session blends slow, controlled sequences with the use of Pilates equipment such as resistance bands, Pilates balls, and light hand weights. These tools are carefully incorporated to support correct muscle engagement while adding a gentle yet effective challenge.
